Love Boo
Group Head of Marketing, EMEA
UK mother and baby beauty brand, relaunched under a new identity after 15 years of customer trust. Part of the 3-brand DTC portfolio: strategy, production, and growth across the UK and the GCC.

What I built, scaled, or owned.
Rebrand Relaunch Strategy
Led the relaunch of a 15-year brand under its new identity: positioning, launch calendar, and a trust-first mix that carried loyal customers across, anchored by the Love Boo is returning campaign on owned and paid channels.
Production & Brand Films
Commissioned and directed high-production shoots and a suite of 4K product films across the range, from Squeaky Clean to Sweet Dreams, built to run across DTC, social, and retail.
Lifecycle & CRM (Klaviyo)
Email and SMS flows and campaigns for a category bought on trust: welcome, replenishment, and post-purchase education around routines rather than discounts.
UGC & Influencers
Creator program for the relaunch: briefs, usage rights, and a steady bench of family creators feeding both paid and organic.
Marketing OS & Planning
Folded the brand into the shared operating system: quarterly planning, weekly workbooks, KPI dashboards, and budget guardrails inside the group P&L.
Pregnancy & Family Campaign
Produced the flagship campaign around real mothers and families: studio and lifestyle photography, motion cutdowns, and merchandising assets like the Mama To Be bundle.
Affiliate & Content Partners (Awin)
Ran the affiliate program and specialist content partners end to end: selection, contracts, briefs, and performance governance.
Paid Social & E-commerce
Performance media against MER guardrails, plus PDP and storefront work with the e-commerce team for UK and GCC sell-through.
Shot to sell.
